Please Note: There is a 7 night minimum stay between December 17th and January 7th at the weekly rate. Please inquire about longer term rentals and holiday specials during this period. Sleeps maximum 6 adults.

Check In/Check Out: Check in time is 3:00PM -
Checkout time is 10:00AM. Your Security Deposit will be charged
for an extra day if you have not vacated the property by 10:00AM
on the date of Check out.
Payment Policies: Security deposits and half of rental fees are
required within 10 days after reservation: Remaining balance
of rental fee is due 60 days prior to check-in. We accept cashier's
checks, money orders, personal checks and traveler's checks.
Security Deposit: A $500 deposit and a credit card number is required
in addition to the rental fee. Your credit card will not be billed
unless there are damages beyond the security deposit amount.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after
your departure if there is no damage to the property.
Cleaning Fees: A $200 cleaning fee is required
in addition to the rental fee, deposit and taxes. For guests staying more than three weeks there will be a mid stay cleaning charge $100 (2 guests) and $200 (3 or more guests
Taxes: A Hawaii State Excise Tax of 4.166% and a Hawaii State
Room Tax of 8.25% are required in addition to the rental fee.
Smoking: There is no smoking allowed.
Pets: There
are no pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made both by phone
and in writing. For cancellations made more than 60 days
prior to check-in, all pre-paid funds will be refunded, less
a $100 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days
prior to check-in will result in a forfeiture of your rent.
